1.SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping to Bulgaria - usually shipped by Speedy or Ekont.
All other orders will be subject to delivery charges.
Shipping charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.
Shipping charges will depend upon the delivery method, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

2.CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
The customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require.
yoru.studio is not responsible for delays due to customs.
3.RETURNS
You have the right to return your order with us, in writing to contact@yoru.studio, from the time of ordering until 14 days after receipt of the items.
Please provide a copy of the delivery note and invoice.
We will happily refund unwanted items provided they are in a fully resalable condition. If they are not returned in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items.
We will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost once we receive back the product.
The customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.
4.CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled up until 1 hour after the order confirmation by writing to contact@yoru.studio. Please quote your order ID.

1. Доставка и получаване на продуктите
1. С изпращането на потвърждение за поръчка, Вие се съгласявате да заплатите цената на избраните продукти.
2. Доставка на адрес: избира се в процеса на поръчка след попълване на точен адрес, имена, пощенски код и допълнителни инструкции.
3. Всички доставки в България са безплатни, обикновено изпратени чрез Speedy или Еkont.
2. Отказ от поръчка и връщане
Можете да върнете закупените от нас продукти без причина за връщане в рамките на 14 дни от датата на закупуването при следните условия:
- Продуктите да са в оригиналната си опаковка
- Да няма следи от употреба, нарушен вид или зацапване
- Да включите оригиналната фактура и поръчка, с която сте получили продуктите
- Разходите по връщането на продуктите са за Ваша сметка
Възстановяваме стойността на продуктите, без стойността на доставката. Всички суми, платени с дебитна/кредитна карта, възстановяваме на същата сметка (карта), от която е извършено плащането след като получим продукта обратно.
Можете да откажете поръчка до 1 час след приемането на поръчката като ни пишете на contact@yoru.studio. Моля отбележете номер на поръчката.
