WEAR & CARE

Yoru pieces are designed for daily wear and made to age beautifully. Over time, sterling silver may develop a natural patina — a subtle change in tone that adds depth, character, and individuality to the piece.

This evolution is intentional. Frequent polishing is not required or recommended, as it may remove the surface contrast and soften the aged finish.

If desired, gently polish only the raised surfaces with a soft silver cloth to restore brightness while preserving the darker recessed details.

GIFTING

Each piece arrives ready to gift, presented in Yoru’s signature jewelry box.

A Thorn That Protects

A thorn is not made to harm without reason.

It exists to protect. Growing along the stem, it guards what is living, drawing a boundary between what may come close and what must remain at a distance.

Toge draws from the form of thorns — sharp, deliberate, and unornamental. In nature, thorns are a quiet defense: not a symbol of violence, but of protection, self-preservation, and the strength to remain intact.

In silver, the piece carries that meaning forward. Its pointed form reflects the idea that boundaries are not a rejection of the world, but a way of safeguarding what matters within it.

To protect is not to close oneself off, but to know what deserves to be held and what must not be allowed to wound.

A reminder that strength can be found not only in endurance, but in the boundaries we keep to protect what matters.

The Craftmanship

Every Yoru piece begins with an original design, shaped into its own mold and cast in sterling silver.

From there, each piece is finished by hand — refined, textured, oxidized and polished to bring out the details that give it character.

No two pieces finish exactly alike. It is a process where craftsmanship leaves its mark.

DESIGNED BY YORU

Solid .925 sterling silver

At Yoru, we believe jewelry should carry a story — not only through its form, but through the life lived in it.

Each piece begins with a meaning of its own, then gathers more with time: the places it goes, the memories it keeps, and the moments it comes to represent.

Guided by Japanese and East Asian philosophies of impermanence, every piece is designed and handmade to age beautifully with you. As its original shine softens and a natural patina begins to form, the silver takes on a character entirely its own — shaped by how you wear it, where you take it, and the story you continue to write together.
