At Yoru Studio, each piece is handcrafted with intention. We stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship and materials.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from yoru.studio and does not extend to items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.

1. 30-Day Warranty

Yoru provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use within 30 days of delivery, as well as accidental damage occurring within 30 days of delivery.
If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair the piece, or replace the piece with the same item (subject to availability), there is no charge for repair, replacement, or return shipping for approved warranty claims.

2. What Is Not Considered a Defect

Yoru pieces are intentionally handcrafted and are not polished to high-gloss perfection. We preserve natural texture, depth, and subtle surface variation as part of our design philosophy.
As such, the following are not considered defects:
- Subtle surface markings
- Natural texture or soft irregularities
- Slight tonal variation in silver
- Intentionally aged or vintage appearance
- Natural patina development over time
- These characteristics are inherent to the aesthetic of Yoru and reflect our belief that beauty lies in imperfection.
In addition, this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural silver oxidation or aging
- Damage caused by intentional improper care, misuse, or alterations

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@yoru.studio within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, proof of purchase, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
We will review your claim and determine whether it qualifies under our warranty policy.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and process repair or replacement accordingly.

4. Limitations of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Yoru Studio. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoru Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
