This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipment of our jewelry. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Shipping Locations:
- Orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA, and New York City, NY.
- At this time, we ship within the United States only.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Complimentary shipping is available on all orders placed through our site.
- Standard complimentary shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground. If the shipping address cannot be located within the carrier’s system, the order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage instead.
- We also offer additional shipping options at checkout, each with its own rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Available methods and pricing will be displayed during checkout.
3. Processing Time:
- For pieces, orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being shipped.
- Should any crafting delays arise, a notice will be posted at the top of this Shipping Policy page.
4. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Shipping Carriers:
- The carrier may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
- All free shipping will ship via USPS.
7. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We will make an attempt to contact you if this is flagged in our system.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- Yoru is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers. In the rare event that your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. our Team can assist in filing a claim on behalf of you to receive a refund or replacement.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or a failure to receive the package, we may charge a reshipping fee.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- We may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
