Each Hatou ring is handcrafted in Kyoto, Japan, beginning with a hand-carved mold that gives shape to its layered wave form. It is then cast in solid .925 sterling silver, before each surface is individually cleaned, oxidized, and finished by hand to reveal the depth, movement, and contrast of the carved waves.
