NOTICE:
Due to increased order volume, recent purchases may experience slight shipping delays. As we operate on a made-to-order basis, we are currently experiencing a temporary crafting backlog. Orders will ship on a rolling basis, with all current orders expected to dispatch by March 5, 2026.
This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipment of our jewelry. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Shipping Locations:
- Orders are shipped from New York City, NY and Atlanta, GA.
- At this time, we ship within the United States only.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
- We offer multiple shipping options, each with its own rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Available methods and pricing are displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping is offered on all orders over $160
- Complimentary shipping is fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage
3. Processing Time:
- For pre-crafted and available pieces, orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Should any crafting delays arise, a notice will be posted at the top of this Shipping Policy page.
4. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Shipping Carriers:
- The carrier may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
- All free shipping will ship via USPS.
7. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We will make an attempt to contact you if this is flagged in our system.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or a failure to receive the package, we may charge a reshipping fee.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- We may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
